Beneath its deep colour with violet highlights, this wine reveals a fruity nose with notes of tobacco and liquorice. The harmonious palate is ample, rich and long, unfolding flavours of black fruits, blackberry and blackcurrant. Supple, silky tannins elegantly round off the tasting.

Techniques
Traditional fermentation in cement vats during 8-10 days, with risings, followed by growing in a vat. Some of the growing is done in new oak barrels.
